Resident engineer - construction supervision

The global project is the construction of a 415 km 2*2 motorway in Romania, from Brasov to the Hungarian border. The project started in august 2004. Actualised completion date is 2014. The project is divided into 8 sections ; construction has started on 3 sections yet. The resident engineer will be in charge of the supervision of construction on one of these sections.
